At Spectre HQ we’ve been working non-stop through the summer to bring you a wealth of updates on our leading marketing tools. Here’s everything we’ve worked on as the UK officially went into Autumn:
Smart postcard editor
It’s finally here! We’ve been excited to share this update with you for so long now… Our new postcard editor allows agents to quickly and easily create postcards within Spectre itself. Agents no longer have to use additional design software to create templates and can instead build a unique postcard from scratch or use one of our new pre-built templates for guidance. For agencies struggling with designing this form of prospecting collateral, our brilliant editor helps agents create instruction-winning postcards - with minimal fuss.
Inspiration for prospecting postcards
We designed Spectre to help agents send marketing materials with total ease, but sometimes agents also need a little help with knowing what to send. That’s why we’ve provided some much-asked-for inspiration for messaging, design, and content for prospecting postcards.
On top of our bespoke design agency Street Creative, we’ve created eight separate postcard designs with editable content to serve as inspiration and starter points for agents’ own creations. This will help agents get started quicker, help them make higher quality prospecting materials, and encourage agents who have never sent postcards before also to take advantage of this innovative type of prospecting.
Add property report QR codes to postcards
After taking inspiration from our eight editable designs, agents can take their postcards up another level by adding a QR code to a property report. These codes are great to use on 20:20s for homeowners to get an instant estimated valuation of their home, and thanks to our new postcard editor, you can add these codes absolutely anywhere on your postcard design.
New [[website]] merge field
Another new development update, another new merge field! Agents can now add a link to a website onto their letters and postcards for sales and lettings - beneficial for large multi-branch agents who want to set centralised templates that don’t need editing for each account.
